Silversmith Capital Partners led the funding round, which represents the firm's first external capital raise.
"When we started Gearset, DevOps was largely the province of highly technical software teams, and we wanted to change that. Over the last six years, we’ve focused unrelentingly on making our users successful, and built a product that solves the hard problems in Salesforce DevOps, while being easy to use for teams of all technical backgrounds. In doing that, we’ve grown way faster than we could’ve imagined, and today some of the biggest, and most impactful, companies on the planet rely on Gearset. Many enterprises are still early in their digital transformation, and we’ve got a huge opportunity to help them realize the benefits of DevOps as they increasingly rely on low code solutions,"
The funding round was facilitated by Envestors and drew participation from 62 private investors and funds.
"Our platform takes away a huge amount of admin for entrepreneurs who are juggling a fundraise alongside the daily trials of running a growing business,"
The pre-seed investment was led by Kevin Beales and will fund platform development and community growth.
"I built Grid Finder to solve a problem for what I thought was a relatively niche group of sim racers I’d been racing with online. 6 months later, over 1000 esports communities had listed themselves on Grid Finder and I realised this was a real opportunity to build a useful suite of tools that solves problems for over 1.8 million sim racers and hundreds of millions of casual online racers worldwide."
Forward Partners led the seed plus financing to help the healthcare technology firm scale its operations in the United States and Europe.
"This investment enables us to focus on the growth of our customer base in the US, develop our customer success strategy and expand our AI capabilities to further enable discovery in healthcare. We are delighted to welcome Forward Partners to the board and feel their commercial insights will help drive the business to increased success."
