Sonrai Analytics raises £2.2m in a seed plus round led by Forward Partners to expand its precision medicine platform globally.
Forward Partners led the seed plus financing to help the healthcare technology firm scale its operations in the United States and Europe.
Sonrai Analytics provides an artificial intelligence cloud data analytics platform designed to translate complex multi-omics data for precision medicine. The company works with partners such as Roche and the NHS to support healthcare and oncology developments.
Sonrai Analytics has secured £2.2m in a seed plus funding round led by Forward Partners to accelerate the global adoption of its artificial intelligence cloud data platform.
The capital will be deployed to expand the customer base in the United States, develop customer success strategies, and strengthen artificial intelligence capabilities to aid healthcare discoveries. Additional funds will support sales and marketing initiatives alongside the recruitment of eight new staff members across data science and engineering by the end of 2022.
The round drew participation from several existing backers, including Techstart Ventures, Co-Fund NI, QUBIS, and individual angel investors.
