The funding round was facilitated by Envestors and drew participation from 62 private investors and funds.

£5.9MGrowth

Evios designs and manufactures intelligent charging solutions for electric vehicle drivers at home and work.

Evios has secured £5.9m in growth equity through an oversubscribed fundraise, with significant backing from the Envestors marketplace. The company raised the capital to accelerate its mission of simplifying home and workplace electric vehicle charging as it scales into the mass market.

Founder David Martell, who previously exited Chargemaster to BP, utilised Envestors to streamline the funding process and manage documentation for backers. The round attracted 62 investors in total, including 44 members of the Envestors community, bringing the total accepted investment to £5.9m against £8.2m in pledges.

From the founder
