The Manchester startup raised the capital from early investors and advisors to expand its 3D digital twin platform for e-commerce.
"All of this starts from capturing a 3D digital twin with a short video. Our belief is simple: better product content builds buyer confidence – and buyer confidence drives conversion in ecommerce,"
The Series B round was led by Brighton Park Capital and brings the company total funding to $75m.
"We actually started in 2018, working with satellite imagery and real estate data before the LLM boom. But as we developed our AI capabilities, we started looking at where they could have the most impact. That led us to real estate legal work. Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, but the legal work underpinning it was stuck in the past. Lawyers spend days combing through hundreds of pages, trawling for specific risks. It’s unprofitable for firms, expensive for clients, and frankly inefficient for everyone involved."
The investment round was backed by Araya Ventures, Morgan Stanley, Techstars and G Fund to fuel platform innovation and global growth.
"MyARC was built for modern day fitness creators, giving them the tools they need to grow without burning out. The traditional online fitness model has left creators trapped between low-value generic products and unsustainable personal coaching. With this platform, they can scale their impact and income without sacrificing quality."
Google Ventures led the Series E financing round, which valued the video platform at $4bn.
"Synthesia is a UK success story, creating new jobs and opportunities in this country. It shows that by backing innovators to start, scale and stay in the UK through better access to finance and generous tax reliefs, we can turn the promise of AI into better-paid jobs and long-term growth across the UK."
