Ringier AG has acquired a stake in LiveScore Group in a transaction that values the sports media and gaming business at £500m.

Praetura Ventures has backed the Manchester digital payments start-up to help scale its services globally.

The Series A round was led by Active Partners alongside a group of prominent female angel investors.
