The Series A financing will support the property firm as it scales its gradual homeownership operations and aims to break even.
"Due to the way that the Gradual Homeownership model works, the rising interest rates seen since September’s controversial mini-budget have delivered even greater demand for our product. With the recent ending of the Help to Buy scheme there are now hundreds of thousands of would-be homeowners seeking alternative ways to access the property ladder. This significant raise will fuel our ambitions to double the pace at which we can help new homeowners within 12 months."
The investment round was led by Notion Capital and will fund product development and North American expansion.
"In a more challenging software market, SaaS businesses are balancing growth with profitability, making pricing an ever-more valuable lever. Hybrid and usage-based pricing are now firmly in the spotlight because of their ability to deliver better customer experiences while reducing churn and increasing revenue, and as their popularity continues to grow, the opportunity for m3ter is obvious. Today’s funding enables us to take our ambitions to the next level, making new pricing models accessible for every software business that needs them."
The strategic partnership includes financial backing and marketing support from the crypto exchange.
"We are proud to partner with one of the world's top crypto derivative exchanges in our mission to mould the building blocks for a new economy, and we are thankful for their generous support in this endeavor. Like us at Fetch.ai, BitGet understands the vast potential of blockchain technology, and with the quantum leap that AI has made in the past few years, the opportunities of applying blockchain to AI are limitless. We look forward to working with them in the years to come,"
