HyperJar raises £19.3m in Series A funding led by Susquehanna Private Equity Investments

HyperJar operates a digital wallet and spending app for consumers alongside a business-to-business technology platform for global enterprises. The London-based company provides tools for budgeting, partitioning money, and accessing merchant rewards.
London-based fintech HyperJar has secured £19.3m in a Series A funding round led by Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, with participation from the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan. The fresh capital will support product development across both consumer and business offerings, alongside international expansion into North America, Europe, and other growth markets.
The company operates a consumer digital wallet with over half a million users in the UK, alongside its enterprise venture, HyperLayer, which allows banks and other institutions to utilise its underlying transaction and rewards technology. Perella Weinberg UK advised HyperJar on the transaction.
