British Patient Capital joins existing backers including Visa to fund product development and market expansion.
TRICAPITAL Angels led the round alongside Scottish Enterprise and UKI2S to support the firm's subsea technology.

Morphose Capital Partners advised on the oversubscribed round, which drew backing from angel investors with sector expertise.

The funding from BGF will support product enhancement, infrastructure upgrades, and team expansion at the software provider.
