The pre-seed round was led by NAP with participation from high-profile angel investors to support product and US expansion.
"Consulting workflows are uniquely complex and difficult to build products around. It’s not surprising the space hasn’t changed yet. This will change though, and there’s no doubt that the industry is going to look completely different in 5 years’ time."
The funding round includes a strategic minority investment from NatWest Group alongside other backers.
"2025 has been a year of validation, proving that SMEs and their funding partners need a more modern, data-driven approach to working capital. This investment round is a huge vote of confidence. It shows that established banks see the same opportunity we do: to bring liquidity closer to the point of need and help businesses fund growth more dynamically. Our goal is to reinvent the business overdraft for SMEs. When working capital flows easily, businesses invest, hire, and grow. That’s how we make finance work for the real economy again."
The funding round was co-led by Fuel Ventures and Concrete Ventures with participation from Antler.
"Facilities management is the invisible backbone of every building – but the technology behind it hasn’t kept up and has lacked the innovation needed. We built Tyten to solve that, working hand in hand with technicians and help desk teams to understand their real challenges."
Rokos Capital Management led the extended seed round, which brings the company total seed capital to £8.3m.
"Completing our seed round marks another significant step in StirlingX's growth. The confidence shown by our investors allows us to push further and faster in delivering sovereign, secure technology to partners across critical infrastructure and defence. With strong momentum behind us, we are well positioned to scale and deepen our impact across the markets we serve."
