The financing round was led by Talis Capital with participation from multiple angels and existing backers.
"We are delighted to have received such credible investor support to continue on our mission to empower and support those with cancer. It’s imperative that we start understanding how therapies are affecting patients: for pharmaceutical companies, our technology enables deeper patient understanding which leads to better drugs, greater differentiation and faster licensing, as well as the ability to provide personalised scalable support to patients. For patients, this means better care and improved outcomes from cancer. We’re now looking forward to applying our rich data and machine learning capabilities to novel predictive analytics to generate even richer insights for our life science partners."
The London-based biotechnology firm raised the capital from backers including Cantos Ventures and Y Combinator.
"The global pandemic has catapulted RNA therapeutics into the mainstream, yet the field is constrained to targeting the liver. Sixfold’s iterative platform technology and use of machine learning will unlock the power of mRNA and RNAi for many diseases across various tissue types. We are delighted to support the Company in this seed round and look forward to their rapid progress over the coming years."
The oversubscribed round was backed by Blissgrowth, Passion Capital, and numerous angel investors.
"Businesses are struggling to hit their hiring goals and getting the right candidate is more competitive now than possibly ever before. In our analysis often the hiring process for many organisations is inefficient and outdated. During a period of rapid nation-wide recruitment, companies simply cannot afford to waste time and money on hiring the wrong people. Through our intelligent product offering, we can help companies hire the right people quicker."
The Seed round was backed by Link Venture Capital and prominent industry angels to scale smart EV charging comparisons.
"We want to empower the everyday person to choose electric by making EV charging easier, cleaner, cheaper and more accessible. To date we’ve helped over 10,000 drivers to find their installer or energy supplier but we’re just scratching the surface. Around 10-15 million more drivers will go electric by 2030 in the UK alone and the new investment means we are ready to support all automotive retailers who are looking for a charging partner that can deliver industry-leading customer experience."
