Breathe Battery Technologies develops adaptive battery management software designed to improve charging speeds and performance for electric vehicles. Spun out of Imperial College, the London-based firm provides physics-based technology that dynamically controls charging cycles.
Breathe Battery Technologies has raised £1.5m in a seed round led by Speedinvest, alongside participation from several angel investors. The London based start-up will direct the capital toward scaling its engineering team and delivering ongoing client projects within the electric vehicle and consumer electronics sectors. Spun out from Imperial College London in 2019, the company provides software designed to optimise battery charging speeds and health.
