The investment from Mercia Ventures and Haatch will fund team expansion and platform enhancements.
"We wanted to make it easier for companies to manage global talent and ensure they have the right people in the right place at the right time. By putting the emphasis on skills, TalentMapper also helps ensure employees are promoted for their capabilities. I have seen so many talented people overlooked for promotion because they weren't a replica of their boss. The funding will enable us to build our team to cope with growing demand, add new features to enhance the platform and scale for growth by targeting other sectors including financial and professional services."
Fuel Ventures led the seed financing round to support market introduction.
"We are thrilled to have Fuel Ventures on board as we gear up to introduce our “employees of the future” to the commercial finance market. This investment is not just a financial boost but a strong vote of confidence in our vision and technology."
The seed round was provided by Hampshire investment firm Ridown Group to support the rollout of Echo AI.
"Echo AI exists to help teams become more efficient, ensuring they stay on track and don’t miss outcomes, action points, and context in meetings. Productivity can suffer when people lose track of meetings, fail to remember what was said and agreed, and are not clear about the actions they are responsible for. Echo AI takes all the guesswork out of it, giving everyone an accurate record of the meeting and what was agreed. Businesses which have used Echo AI tell us that it creates time, reduces misunderstandings and slip-ups, and helps keep teams focused on tasks."
Ventura Capital led the Series E round, with participation from Aviva Ventures, Horizons Ventures, and the Gates Foundation, to advance clinical trials and commercialise breath tests.
"Testament to the power of Breath Biopsy is the continued strong support we continue to enjoy from our investors. The funds closed will enable us to progress our business to the next stage, advancing clinical trials and supporting the launch and commercialization of our pipeline of unique breath tests."
The investment round was led by Maven Capital Partners through the Investment Fund for Scotland alongside Scottish Enterprise.
"We are delighted to have secured this significant investment led by Maven, which highlights the strength of our technology and reinforces our vision for the future of water disinfection. This funding represents a tremendous opportunity to scale our operations, drive innovation through research and development, and deliver sustainable, cost-effective water treatment solutions to a growing global market."
