Midnite has raised £7.7m in a Series B funding round to accelerate its product development, marketing efforts, and expansion within the UK market. The investment was led by Discerning Capital, the Raine Group, and Play Ventures, with participation from Venrex and Big Bets.
The capital injection follows a period of workforce expansion and the rollout of new product verticals such as horse racing and casino offerings. The company aims to strengthen its market position as a challenger brand in the betting sector.
