CH-1 Investment Group led the pre-seed financing round to support technology development and product expansion.

"New-age payment technology has been too slow to reach SMEs, who are often overlooked and underserved. A Finance Director doesn’t want to purchase $500,000 through an app, but they do want access to innovative payment gateways and FX technology offered by the FinTechs. The White Label Brokerage model I previously created was great for connecting experienced FX Brokers—who provide exceptional, high-touch service. However, the product range available to both Brokers and SMEs has not kept pace with the paytech advancements seen in other sectors. We’ve set-up E-Money Markets to change this"
— Harry Geller, Co-Founder and CEO
Series C
$125M

The round was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and values the company at $1.1bn.

"By connecting people to the AI, data, and systems they need to do their best work, the opportunity before us at Tines is to become the universal orchestrator of modern, secure workflows across the enterprise. This new round will help us realise that opportunity."
— Eoin Hinchy, CEO
Growth
$26.0M

Existing investors including BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan backed the growth round.

"Inefficiencies in the proxy voting system have led to both issuers and investors, the crucial end users in the process, being disenfranchised with their experience, and Proxymity was founded to radically improve the process for everyone in the ecosystem radically, ensuring access to real-time data, full transparency of voting status and activity and regulatory compliance."
— Jonathan Smalley, Co-founder
Seed
£450K

The funding was backed by investors including Lyva Labs and the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II.

"This funding allows us to take critical steps in validating and refining our technology. With the support of our partners, we are working to bring a practical solution to healthcare challenges. The collaboration between Lancaster University and Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust laid the foundation for this innovation."
— Carlos Alejandro Meza Ramirez, CEO
