Jeff brings over three decades of healthcare information technology experience as a partner at Brighton Park Capital. He previously served as chief executive officer of RLDatix and holds board positions across several organisations.
The Series B round was led by Brighton Park Capital and brings the company total funding to $75m.
"We actually started in 2018, working with satellite imagery and real estate data before the LLM boom. But as we developed our AI capabilities, we started looking at where they could have the most impact. That led us to real estate legal work. Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, but the legal work underpinning it was stuck in the past. Lawyers spend days combing through hundreds of pages, trawling for specific risks. It’s unprofitable for firms, expensive for clients, and frankly inefficient for everyone involved."
The investment from Brighton Park Capital and Nic Humphries accompanies a strategic partnership with Clearcare and a leadership transition.
