Outward and Triple Point Ventures co-led the pre-seed round, which will fund team expansion and platform development.
"I know from first-hand experience how broken infrastructure intelligence is today: fragmented data, noisy feeds, and taped-together workflows, where 'real-time' detection often means static daily updates in practice. Enterprises cannot keep up by patching together narrow intelligence feeds while the internet changes beneath them. That is why we built Infrawatch from the ground up: to turn one of the most underutilised aspects of cybersecurity into a practical defence layer that empowers defenders to act earlier and stop threats before they reach their customers, users or systems."
The funding comes from Mercia Ventures to back the launch of the North East technology platform.
"For two decades, the digital economy has been built on data that consumers generate but never benefit from. Surff exists to change that. We’re building the infrastructure layer for decision data – the missing signal that brands have lost as cookies disappear and agentic commerce replaces the buying journey. Consumers get to own and earn from the data they create. Brands get a clearer picture of how decisions actually happen. I’m especially proud to be building this in the North East, where the talent and ambition are world-class."
The round was led by NPIF II - PXN Equity Finance with participation from Salica, NYDIG and angel investors.
"Businesses are under pressure to adopt AI, but many are finding that the real challenge isn’t accessing the technology but actually deploying it safely and effectively. We’re helping traditional B2B services evolve into AI-native businesses by embedding agents into their core workflows. This removes friction, giving teams a single platform to build, deploy and govern intelligent tools without needing to rebuild their infrastructure or hire specialist developers."
TNS Global led the strategic investment round to support geographic expansion and technology evolution.
"We are excited to support eSIM Go in its next phase of growth. The company represents a strong strategic fit with our vision to expand into scalable, profitable and high-growth digital connectivity segments, complementing our core digital infrastructure footprint."
