Warren serves as chief of staff at Brevan Howard after spending over three decades as a managing director at J.P. Morgan, where he also co-headed global macro sales and marketing.
Richard brings extensive private wealth management experience from senior roles at Citizens Private Wealth, First Republic, and Barclays, alongside operational background at J.P. Morgan.
The financing will accelerate the deployment of Ownera's global interoperability network for institutional digital securities.
