The pre-seed round was backed by investors including Zinc VC and the Google Black Founders Fund to launch the platform publicly.
"You are nine times more likely to be hired through an employee referral, however if you come from a less privileged background like me, chances are you don’t have a professional network to get referred"
Morgan Stanley led the seed round to support platform expansion and data science development.
"Despite 90% of the UK’s 33.8 million female population experiencing monthly hormonal symptoms, women’s health has for too long been fragmented and underserved. Unfabled has already empowered thousands of women to find effective treatments for common, yet hugely disruptive, hormonal and reproductive conditions like PMS, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis and menopause."
Forward Partners and Middlegame Ventures led the round to support infrastructure for alternative asset investing.
"A culture of exclusivity, overly restrictive entry requirements and archaic processes have meant access to investing in things like property and green energy and more have traditionally been dominated by the super-rich and institutional investors. A diversified portfolio should play a key role in any investment strategy and it’s not right that alternative assets, a typically robust form of investment, remain in the old world of money."
The pre seed round was structured by South Pole, QVentures and Portfolion to prepare for a European rollout.
"We are excited to get started and solve a pressing issue around greenwashing and questions that a lot of the corporate sector are asking right now: where do my certificates come from? will they count towards my sustainability targets? are they impactful? can they be matched to my exact consumption? This is why Renewabl was born."

The oversubscribed round drew backing from Remus Capital, Plug and Play, and Innovate UK alongside notable angel investors.
"We are very excited by the research and commercial potential of the Syndi Health platform. It will help us understand how better to support the mental health needs of our people and offer them the personalised digital support they need at the earliest opportunity, which is invaluable."

The pre-seed round was backed by angel investors including figures from Octopus Ventures and Syndicate Room.
The seed round was backed by Ascension, Syndicate Room angels, and a Seedrs crowdfund to support product and team growth.
"When an individual is sectioned under the Mental Health Act, they are in need of urgent treatment and support. Delays in accessing this can severely hamper recovery. The completion of Mental Health Act forms is an essential legal process that ensures patients receive the right treatment, safely; but no-one should have to wait for care when in crisis."
The oversubscribed round was backed by investors including Sumerian Foundation and Wealth Club.
"We’ve been blown away by the level of interest in the funding round. We quickly raised £1m from existing investors – both domestically and abroad – which was a real vote of confidence in our model – and we made up the additional £1.5m in just ten days."
The seed round was backed by Cambridge Angels, Angel Academe, Syndicate Room, and Founders Factory, with Alex Hirsch leading the investment.
"The idea for Scale XP came when – particularly once the pandemic hit – we identified a huge demand among the small business community for an easy-to-use tool that can support them on their growth journey. We wanted to give them an easier way to oversee their business performance, holistically, so that they can thrive. I’m delighted by the huge interest and support from the VC community and female founder networks like Angel Academe to help us realise this mission. It’s fantastic to have Alex on the Advisory Board to help us scale the business quickly."
