Ctrl Alt secures £2.2m seed investment led by Forward Partners and Middlegame Ventures
Forward Partners and Middlegame Ventures led the round to support infrastructure for alternative asset investing.
Ctrl Alt provides business-to-business infrastructure that enables investment platforms and fintechs to offer alternative assets such as property and green energy. The company bridges the gap between asset holders and allocators to simplify capital raising and widen access for individual investors.
Ctrl Alt has secured £2.2m in a seed investment round led jointly by Forward Partners and Middlegame Ventures. Additional participation came from a group of angel investors and institutional backers including Enterprise Ireland, Algorand Ventures, 365.fintech, Syndicate Room, Marc Cohen, Omid Ashtari, and Alex Macdonald.
Founded in 2020, the London-based company provides API and white-label capabilities that allow investment platforms to expand their offerings beyond traditional stocks and bonds into fractionalised assets such as property and green energy. The fresh capital will support the company as it meets growing consumer demand for alternative investments and simplifies capital raising for asset holders.
