Microsoft and SoftBank are in talks to back the autonomous vehicle developer in a deal that could value the company at $8bn.
The Series C round will accelerate the company work with global automotive manufacturers and support integration onto the Uber network.
The financing round was led by SoftBank with participation from NVIDIA and Microsoft to launch embodied AI products for vehicles.
