Maven Capital Partners led a £40m investment alongside Kennet Partners, Federated Hermes Private Equity, and YFM Equity Partner.

The investment round was led by transatlantic growth equity firm Kennet Partners.

Kennet Partners and Digital+ Partners have provided the company's first external capital to fund international expansion and product development.

Kennet Partners led the Series A round to support product development and international expansion.
