Yonda Tax secures £11.2m from Kennet Partners to expand global tax platform
Kennet Partners leads the first institutional investment in the cross-border tax compliance platform.
Yonda Tax provides a global tax automation platform designed to help scaling businesses maintain compliance across international borders. The company handles indirect taxes such as VAT, GST, and sales tax through a subscription pricing model.
Yonda Tax has secured £11.2m in its first institutional funding round, led by Kennet Partners with participation from NYO Capital and Portfolio Ventures. The capital will be directed towards enhancing platform features and functionality while supporting expansion into new industries and tax jurisdictions.
The London-based business has experienced strong recent growth, with headcount more than doubling over the past year and revenue growing at over 100% year-on-year. The platform currently serves more than 350 clients worldwide, predominantly across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Singapore.
