The financing round was co-led by Ananda Impact Ventures and BGF to accelerate platform and product development.
The seed round was led by IQ Capital and Playfair Capital to support the public launch of the secure messaging platform.

The investment round was led by IQ Capital with backing from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and a UK learning technology fund.
