Stotles provides a platform that helps private sector suppliers navigate the complexities of securing public sector contracts. The company uses artificial intelligence to streamline pipeline building, tender tracking, and bid preparation.

Stotles has secured a £9.6m Series A funding round to support its upcoming expansion into the United States and further product development. The investment was co-led by Headline and Acton, with additional participation from Form Ventures and Seedcamp.

The London-based company operates a platform designed to simplify how private sector suppliers find and win public sector business. By harnessing artificial intelligence to parse government data and evaluate live tenders, the technology helps clients focus on viable commercial opportunities.

The capital injection arrives as public sector spending faces increased scrutiny and pressure for cost efficiency in markets such as the UK and the US. Stotles aims to capitalise on this shift by scaling its operations to meet growing demand for automated procurement tools.

Investor perspective

"For Europe to meet the demands of the future, procurement must evolve. We thrive only if the public and private sectors work in sync. Procurement is the beating heart of that relationship. Yet it remains massive, under-optimised, and lacking transparency. With Stotles, we’re continuing to back a team that is building the tools to modernise how trillions in public funds are accessed, giving more businesses the opportunity to participate. This is what real government efficiency can look like."
