Person Centred Software secures new backing from Brighton Park Capital and Nic Humphries to accelerate product development.
The investment from Brighton Park Capital and Nic Humphries accompanies a strategic partnership with Clearcare and a leadership transition.
Person Centred Software provides care management and intelligence software for thousands of residential care providers across the United Kingdom. Its digital platforms process billions of care observations annually to help operators track compliance and improve resident outcomes.
Person Centred Software has secured fresh investment from Brighton Park Capital and Nic Humphries, alongside a strategic partnership with Clearcare. Existing majority backer Cow Corner will remain invested in the business following the transaction.
The capital injection aims to support product development and expand the company into adjacent technologies while reinforcing its core software offerings. Tom Hussey and Jeff Surges of Brighton Park Capital will join the board as part of the deal, which remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
The announcement coincides with a leadership transition as outgoing chief executive Johan Jardevall steps down from his role. The business has also joined forces with Clearcare to form an expanded group spanning both elderly and children's residential social care.
Investor perspective
"Our partnership with PCS reflects our confidence in the PCS vision. Together we will advance their transformation journey and accelerate technologies that will drive better outcomes for the future of care."
