AV8 Ventures is an early stage focused venture fund that invests in intelligent enterprise, healthcare and fintech start-ups. The fund was launched with backing from Allianz SE and is based in Palo Alto, California.
Baris is a general partner at AV8 Ventures and founder of 37 Ventures Partners. He brings venture capital experience spanning artificial intelligence, data, cloud, and security.
Amir leads Overlook Ventures as founding and managing partner, and serves as a partner at AV8 Ventures. His background includes venture scouting at Kleiner Perkins and advisory work across investment and risk management.
The seed round was co-led by Insurtech Gateway and AV8 Ventures to support the launch of new insurance products for chronic conditions.

The investment was led by AV8 Ventures with participation from several European funds to advance workplace safety technology.

The oversubscribed funding round was led by AV8 Ventures to support the company's market launch.
