London-based customer analytics platform SentiSum closes new funding round to scale its artificial intelligence technology.
"Our ultimate goal is to automate and accelerate business intelligence to make our customers smarter, faster,"
The funding round was backed by Angels in the City, LBA private investors, and the London Co-Investment Fund.
"this has been a tremendous last year for the business and the high quality of investors supporting this funding round is a testament to this. The combination of this new funding and the expertise in the investor group will be instrumental as we scale from our strong base."
London Business Angels and the London Co Investment Fund backed the jewellery brand in its latest capital raise.
"It has been just a joy working with London Business Angels throughout our fund raising process. They guided me from pitching to answering tough questions, and most importantly have been crucial in helping us to complete the round. The majority of our angel investors, including our lead investor, come from their Group, and they’ve also helped me secure funding from the London Co-Investment Fund. The entire process was swift and smooth and everyone’s been extremely supportive. I’m excited to be on a long-term journey with all the LBA and the investors"
The seed round was cornerstoned by a £125k investment from Angels in the City and London Business Angels syndicate members.
"Our team founded BreakBad to change the way we understand, measure and influence our health from tracking symptomatic metrics like calories and kilos to the causal metrics that drive our behaviour. We needed the funds to hire the talent required to embark on this exciting journey and pitched at Angels in the City. Huge thanks to Kayar Raghavan our lead investor and Andrew Dancer our board member who helped with fund raising and strategy respectively. The Angels in the City process was seamless and in less than 2 months, we have the funds and team to embark on this exciting journey."
