Draper Esprit led the Series B financing round to support international expansion and product development.
"We are really supportive of the Form3 mission to open access to payment systems. This is much needed around the world and helps companies like N26 scale faster globally and build products their customers love to use"
The investment from a syndicate of angels will help accelerate product expansion and reach.
"this investment allows us to accelerate our plans and to expand the reach of our existing offerings. Our clients are also very happy as we continue to remain independent and un-conflicted with other market participants, meaning that we can continue to implement solutions that work perfectly for all parties."
The funding round was led by the Angel CoFund, Beltrae Partners, and TechStart NI.
"The first generation of wearable tech devices had a huge impact on the world, helping millions better understand their physical output. Modius is part of an exciting second generation of wearable tech and is a product that actually and actively improves health rather than simply measuring. We believe there are tens of millions of people who will find they can become leaner through use of the Modius device. We also know that neuroscience and technology can be combined to affect all sorts of other health issues which in effect gives our company a very robust product pipeline."
The funding round was led by Chris Torrance and backed by the Angel CoFund alongside a crowd of angel investors.
"We are extremely excited to team up with a fantastic set of investors, enabling us to take this project further over the next two years. Depression remains severely undertreated, and with these funds in place we can move forward with a focus on developing our drug candidate to help address the unmet needs of patients with depression."
