OTCX raises funding from angel investors including the Angel CoFund
The investment from a syndicate of angels will help accelerate product expansion and reach.
OTCX operates a digital platform for over-the-counter derivatives, helping financial institutions streamline price discovery, negotiation, and compliance.
OTCX has secured funding from a syndicate of angel investors, including the Angel CoFund, which has taken a minority stake in the business. The company provides a digital platform designed to bring efficiency and regulatory compliance to the over-the-counter derivatives market.
The capital will be used to accelerate product offerings and expand market reach. OTCX aims to address traditional trading inefficiencies in a sector where many transactions still rely on voice communication and chat tools, while assisting buy-side and sell-side firms with MiFID II compliance.
