Form3 raises £9.8m in Series B funding led by Draper Esprit to expand internationally

Form3 provides a cloud-native account-to-account platform that handles critical payments architecture for major banks and financial institutions. Founded in 2016, the company operates an always-on service utilised across the UK, Europe and the US.
Form3 has secured £9.8m in Series B funding led by Draper Esprit, with participation from Barclays Bank, Angel CoFund, and several individual investors. The company has developed a cloud-based payments platform designed to enable real-time processing for banks and regulated financial technology firms. The capital will be deployed to accelerate growth across the UK and European markets, develop additional services, and expand operations internationally.
Established in 2016, the business provides managed payment services that replace traditional on-site infrastructure with API-driven architectures. Existing clients include N26, Tandem Bank, and Ebury. The latest injection of capital follows previous investments from major backers and aims to cement the company position in the evolving financial technology sector.
