FirstMark led the Series A investment, which will fund US expansion and product development.
"Deception Technology is now a cornerstone of cybersecurity, thanks to the growing importance of adopting an 'assume breach' mentality for all cloud-based businesses. We’re proud to be the most advanced threat detection platform on the market – helping major enterprises to make ‘assume breach’ a reality. This Series A funding has already helped us reach major milestones, including the launch of Perimeter Canaries, Deceptive Artefacts, and GCP support, as well as the opening of our first US office. We’re excited to build more products, grow our teams in London and New York, and help even more businesses strengthen their security posture."
The Series A was led by GV with participation from Accel, Northzone, and other backers.
"Magic happens when companies get the exact technology they need. Enterprises are desperate to capitalize on the AI coding revolution, but nobody has built a product that reflects their reality – complex systems, strict standards, and global scale. SolveAI puts the power to build software directly in the hands of the people closest to the problems, without compromising security or compliance. Think about all the things you could achieve if your IT team could be everywhere at once: SolveAI makes this a reality."
Google Ventures led the Series E financing round, which valued the video platform at $4bn.
"Synthesia is a UK success story, creating new jobs and opportunities in this country. It shows that by backing innovators to start, scale and stay in the UK through better access to finance and generous tax reliefs, we can turn the promise of AI into better-paid jobs and long-term growth across the UK."
Accel led the Series B round to support platform development and go-to-market expansion.
"GenAI has pushed the boundaries of what’s possible with design, but for creative professionals working at the break-neck speed of today, velocity means little without quality and control. Recraft was built with one core idea: AI should amplify creativity, not compromise it. With this funding, we’re doubling down on our commitment to creative teams, providing the tools they need to stay on-brand and scale quickly."
