The Series A was led by GV with participation from Accel, Northzone, and other backers.
SolveAI provides an enterprise platform that enables employees to build compliant software applications through natural language. The company operates from London and targets complex technical environments.
SolveAI has secured £33.3m in Series A funding led by GV, alongside a £3.7m pre-round led by Accel. Additional participation came from Northzone, Mantis VC, NeverLift, and several angel investors including Mike LoSapio, Pushmeet Kohli, and Olivier Godement.
The capital will be deployed to expand the company workforce, forge global enterprise partnerships, and broaden the platform functional scope. SolveAI allows staff members across various departments to generate production-ready applications through conversational prompts while maintaining corporate security and compliance standards.
The business was established in July 2025 by former Palantir engineer Steve Basher to address the limitations of conventional code-generation tools in enterprise settings. The platform integrates with major systems of record and currently employs a team of 12 people.
From the founder
"Magic happens when companies get the exact technology they need. Enterprises are desperate to capitalize on the AI coding revolution, but nobody has built a product that reflects their reality – complex systems, strict standards, and global scale. SolveAI puts the power to build software directly in the hands of the people closest to the problems, without compromising security or compliance. Think about all the things you could achieve if your IT team could be everywhere at once: SolveAI makes this a reality."

Investor perspective
"Most AI coding tools force enterprises to choose between speed and security. SolveAI doesn’t. Steve and the team are building something genuinely different. They will unlock the ability for companies to move fast with AI while working within the constraints that matter: real security, real compliance, real infrastructure. We’re excited to back them as they put software-building capability directly in the hands of people closest to the problems."
