Jack & Jill AI develops autonomous software agents designed to streamline recruitment for both candidates and employers. Operating from London, the firm uses conversational intelligence to match applicants with roles.
Jack & Jill AI has secured $20m in seed funding led by Creandum to accelerate its international expansion. The round drew participation from Dig Ventures, Entrepreneur First, Ada Ventures, Firedrop, Repeat.vc, Episode1, Playfair, and over 75 angel investors including Nico Rosberg.
Founded earlier this year by Matthew Wilson and Saaras Mehan, the London-based startup deploys two autonomous AI agents named Jack and Jill. Jack assists candidates in finding suitable roles, while Jill integrates with corporate hiring teams to source matching applicants at a fraction of traditional costs.
The fresh capital will be directed towards supporting the company as it prepares for expansion into the San Francisco Bay Area and the wider US market.
