"Educate Online was founded in 2018 and since then has placed more than 4,000+ children between the ages of 4-19 in top schools"

$10.0M

The workplace learning platform has raised a Series A round led by Beringea with backing from several new and existing investors.

"An increasingly competitive hiring market and the rise of the ‘great resignation’ mean employers worldwide are concerned about how they recruit and retain top talent."

The seed round was led by Molten Ventures to fund international growth and sensor manufacturing.

"At Gardin, we set out on a mission to develop cutting edge enabling technology for the future of food sustainability. Today’s announcement of Molten Ventures as the lead investor of our seed round marks an important step on that journey. We always put a huge emphasis on focused partnerships who share our ambition and we found exactly that when we met the team at Molten."

The Seed round was backed by Link Venture Capital and prominent industry angels to scale smart EV charging comparisons.

"We want to empower the everyday person to choose electric by making EV charging easier, cleaner, cheaper and more accessible. To date we’ve helped over 10,000 drivers to find their installer or energy supplier but we’re just scratching the surface. Around 10-15 million more drivers will go electric by 2030 in the UK alone and the new investment means we are ready to support all automotive retailers who are looking for a charging partner that can deliver industry-leading customer experience."

The Manchester-based cyber security platform raised £3m from backers including Senovo and Passion Capital.

"We successfully gain access to organisations’ data and systems every time and it’s almost always as a result of human behaviour or error. As an example, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is often touted as a key cyber defence – yet we find that an average of 32% of employees accept MFA authentication requests sent by attackers, essentially opening the door for them. The traditional awareness training approach simply doesn’t improve behaviours like this – hacking people is still too easy."
— James Moore, CEO and Founder
