Beech Tree Private Equity has backed Transparity Solutions in a seed round to accelerate organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

The Glasgow technology firm secured £3.6m led by FNZ to prepare for its commercial launch.

The funding round was led by Mouro Capital with participation from existing backers and angel investors.

Venture capital wasn’t ideal either as I didn’t want to lose equity, so I repeatedly missed out on growth opportunities. With this further funding Uncapped is ideally positioned to help hundreds of more businesses across the UK and Europe grow to their full potential."
The extension round follows a recent raise earlier in the year and brings total Series A funding to £8.5m.
