Series A

Deepbridge Capital led the £2m investment to help the event tech scale-up accelerate out of the pandemic and expand into the USA.

"We are very focused on ensuring our software helps both our corporate clients and our host venues create greater efficiencies within the increasingly complex event booking process. This is why, during the pandemic, we beat traditional agency incumbents to win significant multi-year contracts from FTSE 100 companies in the media, professional services and FMCG sectors."
— Andrew Needham, CEO and Founder
Series A
£15.0M

The financing round was led by Seraphim Space Investment Trust and will fund the deployment of seven infrared imaging satellites.

"With COP 26 just around the corner and Europe and parts of the USA having suffered the hottest summer on record, there is growing acceptance that we need to act now to try to mitigate the impacts of climate change on our everyday lives and economy. But while many think of industries such as aviation as some of the least sustainable, the built environment is actually one of the primary polluters across our globe. But regular individual monitoring of these buildings is too expensive both in terms of time and cost, meaning much of the environmental and sustainable ratings are often years out of date. That’s simply not good enough when we clearly need to act now and means many are not aware of just how poorly a building is performing in terms of sustainably."
— Anthony Baker, CEO
Series B
£36.2M

The Series B round was led by ICONIQ Growth with participation from Accel, Balderton Capital, Seedcamp, Speedinvest, and RTP Global.

"Over the past two decades, the pace of new payment solutions entering the market has been accelerating dramatically to support global consumer demand for trends like mobile payments, digital wallets, 1-click checkout, buy now pay later, and so on. However, no one payment solution is close to accommodating all the changes and innovations that merchants need to keep up. So, for merchants’ payment and engineering teams, this dynamic forces immense technical complexity in tying together multiple payment methods, gateways, fraud detection, and more."
