Skyports owns and operates vertiport infrastructure and provides electric drone services across global markets. The company bridges the gap between ground and sky through its specialised infrastructure and uncrewed aviation divisions.

Skyports has secured £17.4m in the initial close of its Series B financing round from a mix of new and existing backers. The capital will support the expansion of its vertiport network for electric air taxis and the scaling of its drone operations across international markets.

The round drew participation from all current institutional backers, alongside several new strategic investors including Kanematsu Corporation, Goodman Group, 2i Aeroporti, and GreenPoint. The funds will be deployed to accelerate partnerships with vehicle manufacturers and grow its operational footprint.
