Proxymity secures £4.6m Series B investment from BNP Paribas Securities Services to expand platform
BNP Paribas Securities Services has joined the Proxymity Consortium as part of the extended Series B round.
Proxymity operates a digital investor communications platform that connects issuers, intermediaries, and investors in real time. The company serves clients across more than 25 markets worldwide.
Proxymity has raised £4.6m in an extension to its Series B funding round from BNP Paribas Securities Services. The fresh capital will be used to expand the company platform in key global markets for end-to-end investor communications. BNP Paribas Securities Services joins an existing group of financial institutions backing the platform.
The investment marks the entry of the custodian bank into the Proxymity Consortium as its ninth member. The round builds on a previous tranche of funding secured in December 2021, taking total capital raised to $37m.
