YFM Equity Partners backs Hertfordshire-based communications platform Sipsynergy with a £2.8m investment.

The fashion tech startup has raised £4m from Beringea and Balderton Capital to expand its team and user base.

The funding was provided by the Welsh Government, UK Steel Enterprise and Finance Wales.

Finance Wales backs Swansea electronics provider to scale operations and accelerate software development.

The funding round was backed by Northstar Ventures, PJ Tech, and angel investors.
