Indigo Telecom secures £12m from YFM and Maven for management buyout and expansion
YFM Equity Partners and Maven Capital Partners back the management buyout with a £12m funding package.
Indigo Telecom designs, installs and maintains telecommunication networks for major operators across the UK and Europe.
Indigo Telecom has secured a £12m investment package to support a management buyout and fund a strategic buy and build programme. The transaction was backed jointly by YFM Equity Partners and Maven Capital Partners, with YFM's contribution marking the initial deployment from its recently closed 2016 fund.
Operating across 20 countries, the company provides network project and managed services to major telecommunication providers including Vodafone, Sky and BT. The business combines its in-house engineering team with a wider network of specialist partners to deliver round-the-clock maintenance and infrastructure deployment.
The fresh capital will be deployed to scale operations through targeted acquisitions and organic expansion within the telecoms sector. Williams & Glyn also provided senior debt and working capital facilities to support the transaction.
