YFM Equity Partners backs Hertfordshire-based communications platform Sipsynergy with a £2.8m investment.
Sipsynergy provides cloud-hosted communication solutions and collaboration tools for small and medium-sized enterprises through a white-label reseller network. The company developed its platform in partnership with Cisco.
Sipsynergy has secured £2.8m in funding from YFM Equity Partners to scale its operations and expand its market reach. The Hertfordshire-based company will direct the capital towards growing its customer base and strengthening its sales and support teams.
The business provides cloud communications technology to small and medium-sized enterprises, working in partnership with Cisco to deliver its platform through IT and telecoms resellers. Alongside the investment, YFM has helped appoint a new chief executive, operations director, and chairman to work alongside co-founders John Fox and Barnaby Ritchley.
