"At Greenspark, we’re on a mission to tackle some of the greatest issues facing our planet right now, like climate change, deforestation and plastic pollution. The Sheffield-based software provider secured the growth capital from BGF to expand its product offerings and reach.
"Tribepad has built a feature-rich platform that’s helping organisations across the country improve their ability to source and attract talent. The business is well-positioned to capitalise on favourable market tailwinds that are driving ever greater adoption of recruitment technologies as organisations look to succeed in what is an extremely tight labour market. With the support of BGF and Andy McRae as non-executive chair, I’m excited to see what Dean and the team can achieve and I look forward to working closely with the business over the next few years."
Quantum Innovation Fund led the Series B round, with participation from IQ Capital and National Grid Partners.
"We believe that the road to net zero presents an opportunity as well as a risk for global enterprises and our unique combination of technology combined with world-class risk science supports our clients to mitigate risks, as well as capitalise on opportunities. With companies under increasing regulatory and shareholder pressure to understand, report and mitigate their potential climate impact, this additional equity funding will help us support them at each stage of their journey."
The seed round was led by RTP Global with backing from Lunar Ventures and Hive Ventures.
"Unstructured data can be more analyzable, if AI is more accessible. At Instill AI we are committed to making this happen. We believe that machine learning and AI should be as easy to access as other off-the-shelf cloud services in the software industry today. This seed investment helps us speed up the development and strengthen the readiness of the VDP, bringing us one step closer to making the solution to this problem a reality."
The London-based embedded finance platform has raised debt funding to support international expansion and multi-currency capabilities.
"We’re delighted to be working with Liberis as the team accelerates the business into new European territories and beyond. SME owners play a key role in driving the economy forward, and Liberis is supporting small businesses by giving access to reliable and sound capital to support their growth."
