StrikeX Technologies has secured an investment and strategic partnership from CMC Markets, which acquired a 33 percent stake in the business. The transaction also places two senior executives from CMC Markets onto the StrikeX board. The capital and partnership aim to support the company as it advances its tokenisation and self-custody offerings.
Established in 2021, StrikeX focuses on building tools that bridge conventional financial instruments with distributed ledger technology. CMC Markets brings established financial services expertise to the partnership, supporting efforts to expand access to digital assets for individuals and businesses.
