The extension brings total Series C financing to £18.8m with participation from US investor Modi Ventures.
"This investment reflects strong confidence in our technology, our team, and the impact Brainomix 360 Stroke and e-Lung can have on patient care. Stroke care depends on speed, while lung fibrosis care requires early identification and consistent clinical decision-making over time, underscoring the need for hospital technologies that support clinicians at the point of care. With this investment extension, we are well-positioned to enhance customer support across the US and Europe, accelerating the seamless integration of our technology into existing clinical workflows and expanding access to life-saving treatments."
The funding combines angel investment with Innovate UK support to advance medical technology development.
"Taking part in the Elevate Her Accelerator was a turning point for ClotProtect. The support, mentorship and belief from the Lifted team, particularly from Jordan, has been instrumental in helping us secure Innovate UK funding and close this £1.2 million round. This investment gives us the platform to scale faster and bring our technology to more patients who need it."
The pre-seed round backs the social platform as it opens an institutional seed round.
"The fact that angels, friends and family invested in Luupli before we had traction speaks volumes about the belief in our mission. “We’re building a platform where collaboration—not competition—drives discovery and income. We invite investors to help us democratize the creator economy for the $480‑billion market ahead."
The round was led by a group of angel investors to support technical development and regulatory readiness.
"The main pain point here is that orthopaedic trauma and spinal degenerative conditions are technically demanding, time-sensitive, and extremely challenging when there is poor bone quality. Current implant systems struggle to comprehensively meet the needs of the patient and the surgeon. The inherent limitations cause prolonged surgical times and increased risks to the patient."
The investment will support product development and regulatory navigation for the public cardiac arrest solution.
"We are thrilled to welcome Coblum to our portfolio. Léo is an amazingly talented and hardworking founder who has identified a massive unmet need in emergency care. By making mechanical CPR accessible to the public, Coblum has the potential to significantly improve survival rates for out-of-hospital cardiac arrests. This investment reflects our commitment to backing high-impact innovations that tackle real-world problems, and we look forward to supporting the team through their next phase of growth."
