The round was jointly led by Edge VC and Pembroke VCT to support international expansion and product development.
"As AI evolves, so does the gap between businesses adopting it and those being left behind. AI talent is in short supply, and costs are high. Companies need solutions that let them deploy AI agents without heavy investment in AI teams or long development cycles. We’re making AI agent creation as easy as writing a Google Doc, so that SaaS companies can embed AI without friction."
Calculus Capital backed the £2.5m investment round to accelerate product development and team growth.
"Our growth in recent years has been really strong and the potential ahead is even greater. The investment from Calculus Capital marks a pivotal milestone in our journey, enabling us to accelerate growth across multiple dimensions – from product development to expanding our global footprint. Staying lean and capital efficient has always been core to our approach. Now, with the backing of the right partner, we’re positioned to fully capitalise on the opportunities ahead. We’re incredibly proud of what our team achieves every day – this milestone is a direct reflection of their dedication and talent. While we were fortunate to receive multiple offers, Calculus stood out as the right partner, with relevant experience and a shared vision for the future"
Finance Yorkshire backed the Product Lifecycle Management software provider with growth fund capital.
"Our solution takes brands and SMEs from concept and product development through to production and beyond. It groups everything in one place and creates a single source of truth for the users’ product workflows and data, demonstrating transparency and sustainability. We’ve added to our team in Yorkshire – we like to hire from within the region where there is so much talent. We were ready to grow when we approached Finance Yorkshire – the investment will help us capture more customers and strengthen our marketing campaign."
The pre-seed round was led by Hivemind Capital with backing from Techstars, IronKey Capital, and several industry founders.
"For instance the OP Foundation could run testnets supporting Base, Ink, LayerZero, EigenLayer and Chainlink, leveraging Bloctopus infrastructure to advance the Superchain interoperability"
The investment comprises £935k from Northstar Ventures, £150k from Creative UK, and funding from angel investors.
"We are excited to provide further support for MySalesCoach which has grown significantly since our initial investment in 2022 and is now well placed to scale further. Utilising our investor network to introduce Creative UK and new angel investors has provided additional capital to further accelerate the next stage of the business’ growth. MySalesCoach’s use of AI shows how businesses in the North East are adopting the latest technologies to deliver inventive solutions that make a real difference to their customers. We look forward to working with MySalesCoach in the next stage of their development and to seeing the business continue to flourish."
