The funding round was led by Praetura Ventures with participation from US institutions to support nationwide rollout and team expansion.
"The UK property market has been overdue an innovation like Coadjute for many years. The founders have developed something that will completely revolutionise how we buy houses in the UK and beyond. I am looking forward to supporting the outstanding team at Coadjute as they roll out and grow the network, and to helping them achieve their vision of a truly seamless property market"
The London proptech startup has raised its first outside capital to expand its team and enhance its automated land discovery tools.
"Given the amount of information that must be located and then analysed, sourcing sites is often a huge challenge for property developers; it’s like searching for a needle in a haystack. Understanding this first-hand, we created SearchLand to take pain, complexity and time out of the site-sourcing process."
The company secured the investment from eleven angels across technology, finance, and real estate.
"We are delighted to announce this development. We have raised the funds, from some fantastic investors, to begin the next chapter for property xyz. What we have learned from our user feedback, we can now act on, to provide our clients with richer data and a more seamless property-buying experience. Our upcoming off-market property opportunities are particularly exciting. Genuine off-market opportunities are incredibly hard to come by and the process is often somewhat opaque. It’s great to be part of helping connecting genuine property buyers with agents in this space"
