Property XYZ has secured £268k in a seed round from eleven angel investors spanning the technology, finance, and real estate sectors. The capital will support the rollout of new product features, including bidding and buy-now options for both on and off-market properties.
Founded in 2019 by Robert Jones and Dr Simone Di Cola, the platform entered beta testing in August 2020. The company aims to address a gap in the market for property investors who are often overlooked by traditional portals focused primarily on standard homeowners.
