Puma Growth Partners has led a £3.5m investment into legal and financial technology specialist Semeris.

Eos Advisory led the Series A round alongside new and existing backers to fund international expansion and commercialisation.

The payments fintech has raised $15m in debt financing from BlackRock to scale its global footprint.

Apex Capital and Uni.Fund backed the pre-A round alongside returning investors.
