Property Sense launches a £1m Series A funding round on Crowdcube to scale its operations.
The property technology firm has opened its latest funding round to the public for the first time.
Property Sense is a lettings specialist providing technology solutions for the build-to-rent sector. The firm operates from its headquarters in Stockport.
Property Sense has launched a Series A funding round to raise £1m through the Crowdcube platform, marking the first time the company has opened investment to the public. The business has already secured £250k of this target following two previous raises that brought in over £700k from existing backers.
The capital raised will support the expansion of the company team and accelerate the adoption of its proprietary technology within the rental market. Property Sense recently unveiled a middleware tool aimed at reducing lease up times and supporting environmental objectives within the property sector.
The firm plans to scale its operations significantly, targeting over 7,500 units managed annually by 2029. This funding effort follows a period of growth and precedes a planned pitch appearance at a Channel Island accelerator event later this year.
