"With an ever-increasing focus on ESG, IBG’s product offering will help building owners and operators to significantly reduce their energy use and support the drive to achieve net zero carbon buildings. John is an experienced CEO and we look forward to working with him and the team, to help drive the business forward."
The funding round was led by Breega with participation from Element Ventures and various angel investors.
"Having developed a market leading solution for legal and property without the need for institutional money, we felt that the size of the opportunity to expand into new sectors warranted an influx of capital. In Breega and Element we’ve got passionate, smart and supportive funders who we’re so excited to welcome aboard for the next phase of the journey."
The Series A round was co-led by Stage 2 Capital and AlbionVC to expand technical capabilities and international reach.
"Relocating is a messy amalgamation of 20-30 different processes that create a super stressful process during what should be one of the most exciting moments in someone’s life. There are support packages on the market to streamline relocation but these are often inflexible and expensive, costing companies thousands of pounds, and usually only available for those at the top of the company. By bringing all the processes into one platform, with great support at accessible price points, we help both the relocating employee with their move but also their employer provide a high value employee benefit."
